I have had no service from my service provider for 2 weeks previously and for the last 8 days now. I send emails, which show they have been sent but the recipients don't receive them.
Kevin was seriously condescending, rude and inappropriate when trying to sort out the problem. Apparently everything is my fault. I somehow changed the settings at random on my computer and that's why there's a problem.
Althea from Lantic send me an email confirming it was an issue on Lanitc's side, but Lantic are adamant that it's my computer that needs fixing (again!!!)
They also tell us we've reached our cap when we are nowhere near reaching it. We then have to purchase another gig... which is not necessary. This has happened regularly.
