I have poor coverage on my internet service. It is excessively slow, to the point where the pages don't load or bbms take forever to send. I have called the call centre and was told I would be sent a form to report this. This form was never sent. At least, I never received it. I tried calling again last night as I really need the internet to work. I left a message as I held on for ages. Nobody called me back. I sent a message on twitter (several in fact). Someone has yet to contact me. Oh wait, someone did respond to the public message, they told me to DM my details. They already had my details on DM before they requested it. However, this was never responded to.
