I was at the Pavilion last weekend and handed over an 8 page document with all correspondence via hellopeter (27th, 10th, 17th, 24th, 25th February 2013) to the store manager. He promised it would be sent to Umhlanga. I have received no calls from CellC as yet. I have now sent an email to Dean Duffield, Alan Knott-Craig, Zeona Motshabi and Dino Naicker (Heads of various departments within CellC). I will be initiating a summons to CellC with copies to each of them and all of their "contacts" on the Linkedin website within 48 hours.
This is a wakeup call to you TK. Let see how your Managers take this one when they find out you failed to notify them of the impending legal action and Linkedin "action"
