Billing of Account after cancellation 2 years ago

My phone was in 2011, I blocked the phone and then received the bill and realized that the person who my phone registered on something from Mira Networks which cost about R7 a day. I cancelled the subscription in 2011 with Ref No:1967953. The last two months I realized that I am still being billed for Mira Networks. I again cancelled the subscription on the 5th of March, Ref No: 1151690, I would like a full refund of all moneys deducted of my account since I cancelled in 2011, since I gave NO Authorization for these deductions.
