Hi

I came on this site because i was so frustrated regarding account billing at Virgin Mobile, as promise Ilhaam
contacted me on the 28 Feb 2013 she listened patiently at my side of story and she assured me i will be refunded the entire amount deducted after the contract was ended hopefully i will never come on this site with a sad face again rather bring more compliments for Virgin Mobile I am just counting the days because she said with 7 to 10 days after her call
