R259 deducted from account for content service

I went into my bank account and saw that virgin mobile deducted a amount of R310.00 in December 2012 I immediately thought that this is not right as my account is usually between R150.00 and R190.00.

I pulled my statement from the internet and saw that I was paying for content service @R7 per sms. I mailed virgin mobile on the 7th of Jan 2013 and they only got back to me on the 14th and said it is Opera interactive.

i have never subscribe to anything like this and I don't even know what it is.

I paid R147.00 in December and I pulled my Jan statement which is now standing at a total of R392.00 and saw there is still the same contend service for which I have to pay R112 in Jan 2013.

I am supposed to get my itemized billing statement from virgin mobile every month which I am not getting. I had to sign up on the internet and pull my own statement and i am paying R19 every month to virgin mobile for itemized billing.

I think this is pathetic and I will never renew my contract with virgin mobile again. I should have learn t with my previous contract...
