CELL C SALES DEPARTMENT A BIG

I recently concluded a deal with cell c on the 3 of January 2013 for a bb9320 for 24 month and at R160.00 for minutes and bis I am an elderly lady and I am not aware of things with regards, to Technology so I kept questioning the sales consultant and asked him whether the package includes the bis together with free minute the consultant guaranteed me that this was correct, however to my dismay I am currently discounted from the internet and when I called the customer care line they notified me that I must now load my own airtime in order to activate the bis service I am utterly disappointed I am sitting with a large amount of data like I said I am an elderly women and I don't use the internet that often and minutes. Can someone help me!!! I WAS NOT AWARE THAT I WONT HAVE BIS ONLY MINUTES WITH THE PACKAGE
