Data Billing Rate for out of bundle Extortionate

My invoice for April was over R1, 700 on a R200 per month contract of 3G 3G night owl. I used my data up and went out of bundle. The rate is R2/Mb so I used about 700MB and was billed R1500 for less than 1GB. This is a as there is no justification for this rate. Typically they are billing me R66/GB but in this case that is escalated to over R2600/GB. That's a almost a 4000% escalation in price. This cannot be legitimate business practise.
