I went into a vodacom shop to get more data for my phone and asked for a once off 500meg data bundle. First of all I did not receive the full data bundle I had to go back into the shop two and still did not receive the data bundle for the 500megs I only received 250megabytes. I then thought I would never get that right because Vodacom never do what you ask them to do and their is always an issue.. But then I find out that I am being charged for a month to month subscription when I clearly stated to the individual I would only want a once off data bundle. I even recorded the 3 seconds where he acknowledged that it was a once off deal because of being mis lead always and employees failing to do their job. I then lodged a complaint on Sunday and was told somebody would call me within 24 hours. I have thus only got an SMS from everyday from three different employees saying that they are investigating my claim. When somebody says that they will call in 24 hours your should call because that is really bad customer service to make statements that you can not follow up and quite frankly just plain rude.
