I have recently upgraded to your new package, an Anytime 500, which includes R500 airtime, 500 sms, 500mb data/ intenet bundle, etc, however I have NOT recieved my 500mb data bundle, and no one at your call centre seems to be able to help me? One consultant tells me I do not have it added on, and it is the shop where I upgraded's fault. The shop tells me it is not something they can fix, and I must contact the call centre, which they did for me. They then tell the shop that it is on my accunt, but my balance shows 0mb available? Where is my 500mb data bundle???
