Hi,

I receive my monthly statement together with the month's itemised billing. For the month of January I never received it, although the statement was emailed to me and the debit order went through. I have been dealing with Melinie Moodley of Wola MTN in Mount Edgecombe, who has been incredibly helpful and has assisted to fix the problems that were made when my cellphone number was transferred to my own account, which finally happened.

I have still not received my ITB for January, no matter how many calls I make and have numerous reference numbers, and Melinie has even laid a claim against the department and had to resubmit forms for me. This morning MTN deducted an additional R577.29 from my account and I do not know what for.

I am ready to pull my hair out and port my number! The number of errors that have occurred since December 2012 has been overwhelming - in a negative way.
