1. Debit Orders still not cancelled
2. Merging of accounts (3 numbers)
4. unnecessary switching devices off!!

Unfortunately I got laid off at my job in May month. I went to Cell C Canal Walk and requested that my debit orders be cancelled and wanted to pay my account. Staff informed me that I can only pay at Nedbank and they cant assist me with debit order cancellation. (Hit a brick wall)
Went to V&A and they assisted me with one easy pay number for three accounts and said I should phone call center to cancel debit orders. went to pay all three accounts at PnP on 1 easy pay number. 1 number gets switched of on the 15th. after a lot of phone calls and pleasing and explaining what happened the number gets switched on. concluded: need three easy pay numbers. asked for all my contract to fall under one statement so that easy pay can be done easily. they said from the following month everything will fall under one. this did not happen. this problem went on until now!!! each month a un-educated fool at the call centre tells me the same story. but nothing happens.
This month again I went to V&A to get totals and easy pay numbers. Now all three numbers are switched off!! SICK!!!
