I received my invoice number 1173020387 and I am told that my account in arrears by R70.00 for debit order fees and my account not even supposed to be on debit order. My lines have been suspended once again and this happens every month. I am no longer paying my bill if I have billing problems each month. I paid full total that appears on my statement being R523.45
