Very Bad Response - no resolve

Sandoz from Cell C called yesterday to respond to previous complaint. He asked my husband when exactlty did he call and although we mentioned the names we spoke to, he asked for the surnames. Also asked from which numbers we called from!? Shouldn't they record ALL calls regarding this account?? He said I must go to Cellc SHOP in greenstone< give phone in and ask for a loan unit... while the phone is in for repairs again. Sorry it doesn't work like that I want a brand new phone, and NOT a VODACOM LOCKED PHONE! According to CPA i am entitled to new product if damaged goods are received. People cannot hear me on the their side when I call... scroller button get stuck... Its enough reason to ask for a new DIFFERENT phone..I'm not even asking to cancel the contract, upgrade to a better phone. Im losing business in the interim as people can't hear me.
