I applied for a sharelink contract at the MTN shop in Atterbury Value Mart. More than a week after the contract had been approved and after a lot of trying to get hold of them (as the number in the telephone book is not their number) I was told they do not have a router available. When questioning why they didn't let me know their response was simple they had not thought it was necessary for them. So I went to autopage with the hope of getting service. Only to have a router delivered to me with a useless sim card as it has never been activated. Which I found out from the second guy at the mtn call centre as the first one gave me incorrect information. So why would you deliver a unactivated sim card to me, after swearing everything will work perfectly? Does nobody care about customer service?
