Incompetence at its highest!

Applied for contract on monday 07/10/13.

Call center told me i would be contacted within 24 hours with the status of my contract. 72 hours passed, no call back whether contract approved or rejected. After many many phonecalls to mtn, i finally managed to get hold of the information that acceptance was conditional. I then asked for my new phone to be delivered to a new address as i would be on holiday the following week.

Sure enough, Mtn got this wrong. The incompetence of the call center was shown. Whoever assisted me, did not convey the correct address to the delivery company. The phone was delivered to Johannesburg instead of durban on the 14/10/13! and in the meantime, my sim card has been disconnected due to number porting. So after throwing a fit a few times, the new phone was then to be delivered 15/10/13. After carious attempts at getting hold of the person that helps me, it turns out that the phone will only be delivered on 16/10/13.
Please keep in mind, i have no sim card in the meantime (5 days so far).

Just so sick and tired of Mtn. Didnt even start my contract and already having so many problems!!!
