I was issued with a gift card for the amount of R2500 on 24 April 2013 and I was told that this card will be activated for use within 2 days and that they will sms me to inform me thereof. As of today this card has STILL NOT been activated. I have phoned to query this on a number of occasions and every time I am told that there is a problem and that someone will get back to me that day. I have NEVER been contacted and my gift card still remains unactivated. I have been given a Johannesburg number to phone and every time I have to hold on for a long time and get shunted from one person to another without any success. This is a long distance call for me which has extra charges incurred.
