I have had my nashua mobile account for ages and i have paid EFT every single month! recently the debit order goes off and bounces back which i am being charged for but i have paid it before the debit date! why does the system not pick this up|?
i have had my lines constantly blocked and then my upgrade got refused because i had apparently not paid which i had way before it was even due! now i must wait i have no idea how much longer to get my new mobile phone!
last month my account was suspended because someone on Nashuas side had paid my money to the wrong side so i was dealing with no line because they messed up on their side! no sorry nothing. i am very very unhappy!
on the other hand a big thank you to Fazeela Woods who deals with my account and the friendly people at Nashua in Hazyview Mpumalanga.
