I placed an order on the Ebucks Website with the eBucks Shop, delivery was supposed to take place within 14 days, I have only received part of the order and still struggle to get the remainder of the order delivered. I phoned the eBucks Call Centre, and they advised that the goods reflects as delivered on their side, while the Delivery Note clearly indicates only one item delivered. I requested an urgent feedback on the delivery, they advised i will be contacted within 48 hours, nobody contacted me. i contacted them again, again another email was forwarded and again i have to wait a further 48 hours for someone to contact me.
