I was contacted by your call centre on the 22 May 2013 for an Upgrade on my account. I accepted the offer Samsung Galaxy S4 with 1 gig data 100 free sms and 100 free min. with delivery the 24th. May.
I contacted the call centre on the 30th/31 May to do the Sim swop they advised that the phone is already active and that they never sold me a upgrade but rather a new contract WHO KNOWS WHY. I then advised them that that was not what I agreed on and they investigated the matter and confirmed that I was correct (went to speak to the sales consultant) and that they will send me a new sim card and cancel the new contract and upgrade as discussed. After 6 emails and numerous calls to the call center as they just don't come back to you I have now received cell phone bills of over R5000. due to not been upgraded as promised. I contacted the call centre and was told that they are requesting the recordings and this is now 2 months already. I then contacted the Ceo office to complain and nothing has still been done it is now 3 weeks since the last conversation and today I again contacted the Ceo office and they are still awaiting the tapes to listen to the conversations.
