Rochester came to collect a faulty coffee table from my home on Tuesday 01/10/2013. On Friday 04/10/2013 I was contacted by Kevin from the call centre in order to state that the table was ready to be returned to me, and if they could deliver it the next day.
I said Saturday would not be a good day, and rather asked for delivery on the coming Tuesday. Kevin made a note of this, and said that I would be contacted by the delivery guys an hour before they arrive on Tuesday.
Tuesday came and went, and I never received a phone call.
I contacted the Parkview branch and spoke to Philemon about the matter, and he said that he would look into it. A couple of hours later, Philemon called back to ask if I had been contacted by the Customer Service team, to which I said no.
Philemon said that they noticed an issue with the table before they were supposed to pick it up for delivery back to me, and that the Service Center was supposed to contact me about this.
To date, I still have not heard from the Service Center, and still do not know when I can expect my coffee table back.
This is the second situation where I am disappointed with Rochester's poor service!
