I recently upgraded my phone (on contract) at the Lenasia branch Trade Route Mall from a blackberry to a Sony Experia.
Initially i thought that the phone was for me and i could afford it.
After chatting to a consultant at the Lenasia branch i took the phone to test same (within the 7 days). I was not happy with it and returned it to Vodacom Lenasia within the 7 days.
They sent the phone to Sony and it was returned saying that there is nothing wrong with the phone.
They advised me that i must pick the phone up as there is nothing wrong with it. I explained to them that i do not want the phone as i am not happy with it.
I also contacted the call centre and the person advised me that i can return the phone if i am not happy with it.
i must advise that i am very disappointed with this one incident especially when i advised them that i am uphappy (as a customer) with the phone and that i cannot afford it financially. I returned the phone within the time required and i am told that i must keep the phone.
As a customer i would like to advise that i am very unhappy about the fact that Vodacom is unable to assist me in this difficult time.
