Account Credited for incorrect amount

The credited amount on my account is incorrect i.e. R4227.85.
If you have to remove the data charge on the account and recalculate the total then the amount comes to R646.65.
So if you subtract that from the total which was R6874.14

6874.14
-646.65
6227.49

R6227.49, this should be the amount I am credited for, please Ignore the previous e-mail I sent to you.
Please assist me in correcting this as soon as possible. I have included VAT in my calculations.

I made the complaint on the 20th of February to Boy Jones via e-mail to which I got no response.
I then put the complaint online on the 25th of February and was told that I would get a response within 2-48 hours. Its now been 10 days and still nothing.

I really am tired of complaining about this issue please assist me a.s.a.p
