Hi I upgraded my iPhone 4 in January this year to a Nokia 920. The phone is a dud, It has a battery life of less than 4 hours, the blue tooth jams, the wifi does not work, to see the battery life you need to switch it on an off again.
I took the phone to the centurion MTN, they could not help because the phone has no serial number on it, why is that my problem, I got the phone from them? I was told to go to Rivonia customer service centre, where I get told if I had the box they would replace the phone. I have the top part of the box, but that's not good enough. If the box is so important, why not put a sticker on it - Do not throw away!
They could not send the phone for repairs because my serial number is not on their system. Now I have a box lid and the document I have from MTN with that serial number, what do I do now? Why is there problem my problem?
I have a useless phone, thank goodness I still have a two year old i-phone 4. I have been a business client with MTN for more than 10 years, with this treatement I think its time to go.
