Very poor service

I Renewed my contract in October 2012, with a blackberry 9900 Bold. In February 2013, I gave it in for repairs: Didnt want to unlock, kept hanging in options, and the touch screen did not work at all times.
On the 22nd Feb I reveived a sms: your phone is ready for collection. A refurbished phone. After collecting the phone, my bbm or internet services did not work. After returning to the shop yesterday, Stephan phoned the call centre and I was told in 2 to 24 Hours my services will be activated. From 13:00 today, I have been constantly speaking to about 5 different people in the call centre trying to help me to set the setting right on the phone for my bbm and internet services. The 5 th person told me to go to the nearest Mtn store, and ask them to delete the 7.1 version, and reload the 7 version. At the Mtn store I was told we have to book the phone in and sent in in for the upgrade. The lady working with Stephan was sitting and telling me, we cant do anyhthing except send it in. The phone I received was a refurbished phone, which means that phone gave someone else problems before. the service is the worst I have every received. Without a phone for the 2nd time, in less then a month!
