POOR SERVICE RESPONSE

Good morning,

I have a complaint re the poor service @ Call sure.

I have been phoning in for the past few weeks hoping that my call would be answered, but no such luck.

My reason for the email is to update my serial number of my blackberry 9320 phone. My phone was faulty and went in for repairs and I had to change the serial number on the phone. I could not change it, because it's so hard getting through to your consultants.

I need to book my phone in again, because my LCD broke and I need you to update my information on the system.

I have insurance for my cell phone and it's on contract, so can you please advise what I should do regarding this?

I really need to get my phone fixed.

Id really appreciate if you can get to back to me asap.
