Blackberry 9320 serial number: 352659055656976 was given in at CNA Greenacres on 18th of May 2013 for repairs, phone was switching off whenever it wanted to and once the battery reached half way it would say battery to low for radio use. Fetch the phone again on the 31st of May 2013 but once again it was doing exactly the same thing as well as a black mark under the screen that was not there before. The phone was then sent in again on the 8th of May 2013. I then received a replacement phone today the 15th of May 2013. The fault identified by MTN SP Technical Services is: PWRUNRE Power - Unit Resetting. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with this "new" phone. Replacement Blackberry 9320 serial number: 354011055379092. It is a refurbished phone. I was not told that the MTN policy is to give refurbished phones in replacement of phones that cannot be repaired.
