Telkom has become efficient at "apologising for inconvenience" and not really doing anything about it. Yesterday my bank account was debitted AGAIN for a Telkom account that Telkom themselves said was cancelled - I sat on the call center for 45mins (another inconvenience that Telkom is just going to write a meaningless apology for) before speaking to Kgaiso. He couldn't help me and actually PROMISED that his team leader Makomehelo will call me today to resolve this. NEVER GOT A CALL! so now I have to go back to call center wait almost an hour to get nothing but a pathetic apology. There is simply no joy being a customer of Telkom.
