Feedback awaited on my overcharged billing

Good Day

I have not yet received a telephone call from Vodacom advising me if my query has been resolved. all i got is an sms mentioning its being transfered to the relevant department. Surely it does not take a week to resolve my refund as vodacom dedcuts the monies promptly end of each month but cant do a simple refund for the two months i have been over charged.

this is nothing new from Vodacom!!! quick to dedcut but takes them long to refund a customer their monies.

Beware of this people!!!
