PATHETIC!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

My initial complaint - I contacted Vodacom to cancel my contract on 12/02/2013. It was confirmed by Naeem Mallick from the Menlyn Customer Service desk that this cancellation request was received and captured on Vodacom's systems when I followed up on 29/07/2013 as Vodacom keeps billing me monthly. He could not give me any explanation as to why my cancellation request had not been processed and contacted the 0821958 helpdesk to discuss. They could not supply any feedback as their systems were off-line. I then again attempted to sort this out by contacting 0821958 and spoke to Bukelwa Hlati on 31/7/2013 @ 8h42. She again confirmed that the cancellation request was captured on the system and that I will be refunded all monies by the 3/8/2013. Ref # S3-TVSIE-ECRS7. It is now almost another 2 months later and I am still being billed by Vodacom every month without any refunds being processed. How many expenses are one person expected to incur by continiously having to phone and follow up without any success or joy to get the matter resolved. Vodacom "resolved" this complaint on 26/9/2013 promising to refund the charges in excess of R1700 - I am STILL waiting for my refund - PATHETIC!
