Vodacom Gardens supplied me with a Data Modem that did not work properly in either of my 2 laptops. Vodacom Service in Greenpoint acknowledged that the modem did not work in my laptop.
I returned the modem to Vodacm Gardens on 23 June 2012, under cover of a letter requesting cancellation of the contract and refund.of monies paid, as the unit did not work in my laptops, so I could not access the promised data.
Vodacom did not offer repair, or exchange, so they should now refund.
Despite numerous letters and requests to Vodacom, this matter has still not been resolved.(Jan 11 2013)
