No network service from Vodacom

I've made up my mind. I'm moving to a better network operator (MTN). I've suffered poor network coverage from Vodacom since October last year! I cannot take it anymore. They keep telling me that they are installing a new tower and cannot tell me when it will be completed. The strange thing is that when I moved into the area in August, the signal was great, but two months later... almost non-existent. It's a serious problem because family and friends often struggle to get hold of me. What about emergency situations?

Thanks Vodacom. It's been a good 14 years with you, but the last 5 months have been terrible. I have not had much service and I won't tolerate it any longer. My contract ends soon and I will not be renewing it.
