Firstly I would like to complain about the data usage charges on my account for the month of March. I have Blackberry with BIS. I have been charged for the downloading of 129 MB of data which amounts to a charge of R 220. Furthermore this has now occurred on previous months too. In January I was charged R 25 and in December I was charged R 304. In the entire year of 2012 to 2013 up to date it has amounted R829. I hardly ever download.

Furthermore, after enquiring whether I can change my debit orders to bank transfers, I have been informed that it is necessary that I have not defaulted on any previous debit orders in the last 12 months, which I have not done and it is required to fill in a form. Comparing this service to an upgrade, it seems easier to upgrade with Vodacom then changing your payment options.

This is utterly ridiculous that Vodacom has the ability to take money from my banking account due to the debit orders and me not having the power to change this. The charges for data usage while I have BIS is utterly ridiculous.

I will not be upgrading with Vodacom as they are basically holding me at ransom and phoning the service department also gets me nowhere
