Swapout of incorrect Phone supplied

So I upgrade to the BB10 Z10. Phone arrives minus the Micro Sim and with a White Flip Shell cover, Who wants a black phone with a white cover?? Micro Sim arrives, I decide I want to enabe the LTE service that I spcifically requested. LTE is activated on my sim, sms confirms its activated. Phone only connects to H and not LTE or 4G as it should. I investigate and check the model I was sent is the STL100-1 phone and not STL100-2 (So not a LTE phone). I gave up trying to call the upgrade centre and went into the Vodashop in Alberton on Saturday 30/03. They called the upgrade centre and after a long wait it was resolved that the incorrect phone and Flip Shell cover would be replaced. So I hear nothing further untill Thursday I get a call from the office (I had left for a meeting) that ram couriers are there to collect my phone, rather annoying that they didn't let me know they were coming, even more annoying, they didnt bring the new phone. Numerous calls to resolve this and all i get is "We are waiting for a response from that department". Dont want anything for free, just what I am paying for.
