HDMI cable faulty. 2 Months later, no replacement?

I got sent an untested HDMI cable which I ordered online from their shop. The HDMI cable wasn't working, I asked Anton what the process was and got told to send back the cable and that they will refund me my shipping cost. 2 months later and I haven't received a replacement cable. I've now also been told that they will only refund the shipping they paid for the initial package and not my shipping to return it, however, my shipping was more...

Very unhappy and I will definitely not recommend their shop to anyone... this gives online shopping a bad name!
