Iphone 4 not able to browse

Hi

In January I bought an Iphone 4 on the R299, 00 p.m. deal. Since then it has been impossible 90% of the time to use my phone to browse, use maps, download apps, etc. (I do not have daily access to wireless / ADSL). The branch in Worcester explained to me that Cell C's coverage is not good everywhere in Worcester, and that it may be better to make Vodacom my default carrier. They did warn me that for data purposes Cell C is only allowed to use Vodacom's Edge service. So I activated Vodacom as my default carrier. However, my situation has not improved. It also happens that when my wife, who is a client of Vodacom, uses her Blackberry (which also only has access to Edge, not 3G), and tries to open a website at the same time and place as I, she gets access to it while I can't. Both of us using Vodacom Edge. It seems that she with her Blackberry is then better off than I am with my much more expensive iPhone.

I feel Cell C should have warned me of this state of affairs, in which case I would not have purchased an iPhone from them.

I would appreciate feedback and a solution from Cell C.
