Uncapped?? - what uncapped?

I have 5 contracts with nashua mobile which i was happy with until now.
i have an un-capped sim card (mtn) through nashua i have problems with this everymonth and its not only me the speed is rediculous it used to be fine until now i have it for a year and no problem now from last month there is no speed it takes - 5 mins to open a page- i call client services the lady tells me she does not know maybe its area, it is not the area as i live and work in 2 different places. and its not only me having this problem now. then i call again the lady advised i have reached my cap?? but its uncapped! so i left it to see this week the new month (new data) and still no speeds 5 of my colleagues all using the same thing having problems. client services does not understand what the problem is when you call through. if this is the case why should i pay for it everymonth as i do not have use for it for the past 2 months with speed of 12kbps where as it used to be 300kbps and when i reach 3gig it drops a bit to NO LESS than 150kbps. this is oviosly a huge problem and should be sorted out i wont pay for services not rendered!!
