I bought a MTN 3G Uncapped data bundle from Nashua Mobile. The first month of operation it performed as expected, but not since then.
1. I was never told that this was a uncapped lite contract where speed is throttled after 3GIG
2. I have logged calls with Nashua who have referred my to MTN who have referred me back to Nashua
3. I have logged a call with Nashua to get MTN to do a site visit MTN never pitched.
4. I re-logged a call with Nashua and they sent someone. Confirmed poor line speed performance
5. Told I could convert to another service provider
6. Followed up with Nashua on point 5 and was told MTN need to approve.
7. Followed up again and was told MTN have a base station problem
8. Sent numerous emails to Nashua data support. Only one response they have to wait for MTN.
9. Tested this morning line performance is, 66 Mbps up and .24 down This is a new month.
10. I cannot be given a data consumption report.
The problem is now at least 5 months old and I believe that I have been very patient.
