I have had my mtn uncapped data for 7 months and i have always gotton the advertise speeds of 256 kbps that is advertised after you reach your cap. from friday the 8 feb i have gotten terrible speeds not more than 133 that equels 13 kbps i cant watch you tube open a wep page. i called twice they have reset my number twice still no diff.and everytime they remind me that i have exceeded my cap. i know that but like i stated you mtn did promise a 256 line drop in speed and that equels routhly 25 -35 kbps download speed and that is ok for what i need the internet for. when i called the 1555 number they advised me to call from a other number while my sim card is still in my modem. i pretty techy person and i have tried everyting already from chancing settings etc.plus i dont have a otrher sim card. if you could please investigate this matter. cause i got this pakage for downloading tutorials from you tube and student books ect if my speed stays the same i will have to cancel my contract cause i am waisting my money. the reason i am coming right to hello peter is cause my friend also have the same problem for 3 months now still not resolved
