I have requested multiple call backs and logged multiple queries via their website for someone from iBurst to assist me with improving my connection speed. I have been a customer of iBurst for almost 2 years now. I know because it is a wireless solution the speed is not great, but with a average response time of 828ms and a 9% packet loss, I could just as well be using my old dial-up modem. All I need is for someone from iBurst to call me tell me why I am experiencing such bad connectivity.
