I am tired and frustrated with your internet service while I pay you each month. I have been complaining here several times but I feel like cancelling the service. I signed up a 24 month contract using 3G getting 3gig of data per month. My average usage in a month is 500mb per/month but believe me, the speed connection or of browsing is bad. Even though I dont have patience, do u expect someone to spend a 3 mins just trying to access a page like [URL Removed] to spend an average of 3 mins and if u are lucky sometimes out of the blue the connection gets cut?

I understand that the area i am connecting from determines the speed and also if i will get service but to this is not the case. I also understand that if i reach the 3Gig, then connection speed will be low, but my connection speed is even low even when i am still under my limit and this is not acceptable, I feel like you guys did something wrong.

Please Is there no any otherway to increase the speed before i start thinking of cancelling my service?

Another thing is I cant be able to establish VPN connections, Few months ago I had a problem and this is occurring again, Once I establish VPN connections, I lose the connections
