Applied for adsl in nov last year, still no adsl

I logged several calls to telkom, escalated. then its this, then its that. still i dont got internet at my house. after i told telkom I am not home on Tuesdays and Thursdays they rock up at my house last week Tuesday. So they left, now they moved my installation date to 19 February. Is this fair? they didnt send me an sms atleast, or phoned me to tell me that they are coming, otherwise I could arrange for someone to be at my house to open up for them even though I asked them not to come on that days. please can this be resolved before END OF NEXT WEEK aka 7 Feb 2014. here is a couple of ref numbers I logged. To make matters worse is that I applied for a self install, so I am going to do the verifying of the line. And there is already a physical cable in my house. it just needs to be connected to the street exchange box or whatever. please sort this out.
