I have had a relatively successfull time with Red Bull Mobile internet, until now.
I purchased a contract for 3 GB of data a month for speeds up to - 28 Mbits/s. Over the past 3-4 months, this speed has been declining at a steady pace, but since some time last week ( - 6 March) the speed has dropped so dramatically, that I cannot even open my E-mails! I have been trying to post this for over 20 mins!
This is seriouisly unacceptable and I know for a fact that I am not the only one in my area to experience this problem, so it is clearly not my computer or my internet dongle.
I have tried contacting the call centre, with music playing in my ear for 15 minutes before I gave it up.
This is not what I am paying to experience. Where is my seemless browsing? Where is my uninterrupted online gaming? Where is my reliable stock report every morning?
I am starting to lose income because of this. It is totally unacceptable.
