Lack of Service equating breach of contract

This is a follow up matter from the last complaint I logged. In summary:

I was mugged and lost my twin sim phone on 12 January, I reported this to vodacom to block the line and opened a case at a police station. The block on the line did not take effect until hours later which resulted in unathorised calls and subscriptions being made on my line. I realised this on the evening of the 12th and called vodacom again to inform them. Since that day I have had many promises to have this resolved by vodacom with no success. I have my cellular service suspended more than once. I have sent all documents to vodacom with still no resolution.

I was informed that vodacom, dispite being a telecommunication company, does not resolve queries via telephone. I must have called vodacom daily since the 12th of January and have had to repeat the incident to every single person I have spoken to. This is bad service at its worst for me. I am grossly dissatisfied with the service I have received thus far from vodacom. I cancelled the debit order and thought this would get me some action from vodacom but still no joy.

All I want is to terminate my relationship with them and we can all go on.
