In early January I was mugged at greenstone mall in the parking lot. Lost my phone and ipad. I reported this to vodacom and asked them to block my line. I did this through the call centre and when I saw that this was not being done I went into Vodacom world.

Hours after I had done this calls were made on my line and SMS were sent. My free minutes were then exhausted and my call limit also reached within a few hours because international calls were being made.

I then called Vodacom to try and resolve the issue. Numerous times I called spoke to supervisors and nothing was done. I complained to accounts and was promised the world each time I called. I called Vodacom angry on a daily basis because my line was locked on a daily basis in January.

I then called Vodacom asked them to cancel all my contracts with them. At this point I was assured that I would get a call from another supervisor this did not happen.

So last night my line was locked again and I tried to call the call centre. I got a pre recorded voice that says I have reached the maximum number of times that I can call their call centre and I must try calling again on the second day of the next month.

I'm tired.
