Seriously now MTN!?

As I sit here it is 20:41 on the 5th March and I am STILL waiting for my debit order, which is set for the first of each month, to go off my account! Thinking that the sms is delayed I keep checking my statement to find nothing. This is not the first time that the 1st falls on a Friday. If you want to give me the phone for free then buy all means I am willing to take it. This is really ridiculous. This is now the THIRD complaint I'm posting about MTN in less than 3weeks. Your service is becoming more disgusting by the day. Have the decency to not post a stupid computer generated reply to this complaint, in stead have one of the managers pick up the phone and phone me, that is if you actually value me as a customer. And I suggest you pull up your socks very quickly MTN as you are making a lot of people very angry. I'm not the only one complaining about everything I've complained about.
