I order Debonairs from my Iphone using the Debonairs App and now i wanted to order a meal for 1, i saw that the store's online order system was offline soo ok grab my phone to phone in my order, now i must say that the phone rang for a long wile and i tried a bit later and a friendly cashier awnsered the phone, I placed my order and when i ask for it to bee delivered she tells me that my order has to be more that R50??? now this aint free delivery, its free delivery if order is more than R50... i live 3km from the store and do intend to tip the delivery man, well after complaining with the cashier that it doesnt say free delivery if more than R50 anywhere on the mobile app and that it only says FREE DELIVERY she handed me over to her Manager Mike, now I must really say that Mike is very Friendly, he Lisstened to my complaint and then offered to send me my meal for free even if its less than R50, I really hope that head office sees this complaint and that they THANK Mike as Debonairs almost got 1 more angry client as i really eat takeout almost daily for lunch and i would have bad mouthed Debonairs as far as i went, please Correct the Mobile App
