I tried phoning FNB help desk yesterday, as per all big companies, a computer answered the phone, then it says it will put me through to the next available consultant, fair enough, I wait, it puts me through to an answering service.
My complaint is against management, if managers do their job properly then these stupid problems would not occur. I was actually calling to make a complaint about another problem I am having with them. Again, no one takes responsibility for the stuff ups so no one is accountable.
Maybe they should spend less time focusing on their beeping adverts and more time on customer service.
