Here I am again lodging yet another complaint... and I feel like FNB is really not bothered at all... this is the 4th week and still not device and the same old stupid excuse is "OUT OF STOCK"!!!
Seriously how long can this ago on for???
Is it too much to ask for to get the device i ordered!!! I am ANGRY right now, put yourself in my position, you would be angry too...
I want answers but Im not getting any satisfactory feedback!
I tried contacting Decklyn Pretorious with no luck, apparently they left messages but I got no call back, there has been no follow up by Tracey Sonickson, what type of Complaints resolution is FNB running when they cant even resolve my complaint???
FNB needs to pull up their socks and do their job!!! otherwise stick to banking and leave the smartphones and device alone because its not a winner!!!
