Vodacom

Hello Peter on the 05th of February 2013 I reported a where by someone upgraded my Vodacom contract in Middleburg, Mpumalanga a woman from Vodacom named Sindiswa Jentile called be sayin the received a complaint from you they gonna investigate and they gonna reverse the upgrade but till today they never came back to me I dont know whats goin on except I got a sms stating a credit note for account number I1584501 has been prossesed for the amount R298.24, I dont what this means coz I never got this amount from my bank or from my existing vodacom number which is 076 031 7444, just ask them if I must be the one who keep on following them or what coz I called ITC *TransUnion South Africa* they told me that on my Vodacom is showing I owe R4000 and something and I'm in a process of buying a car and this this can spoil that for me coz I wont pay for thing that I didnt use . help me Hello Peter where to go what to do. Frustrated
